The short version: Orbital Acres does not collect, store or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking. Your farm is saved on your own device.
This policy explains how Orbital Acres (“the game”), made by Daedalus TCG LLC (“we”, “us”), handles information. It applies to the game on iPhone, iPad and Mac, and to this website.
Information we collect
None. The game does not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, photos or any other personal information, and it does not create an account.
Information stored on your device
The game saves your progress, such as your farm, your explorer and your settings, on your device so you can pick up where you left off. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. Deleting the game deletes it.
Analytics, advertising and tracking
The game contains no advertising, no third-party analytics and no tracking. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not sell or share any data.
Game Center
If you're signed in to Game Center, the game reports the achievements you earn to Apple's Game Center service so they show on your Game Center profile. This is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; we don't receive your Game Center details. Without Game Center, achievements stay on your device.
Contacting support
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to reply to you, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
This website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party fonts or scripts. Like any web server, our hosting provider may keep standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.
Children
Orbital Acres is suitable for all ages. Because the game collects no personal data, it collects none from children.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the game adds a feature that handles personal data, such as cloud saves, we will update this page before that version is released and change the effective date above.
